What do I need to do to start using the AppointYou service?
All you need to get started bringing new patients to your practice and improving patient retention for existing patients is to first “click the Subscribe tab” and complete a brief business practice information form. You will then be asked to enter a credit card for authorization purposes only. You then upload your “Patient Contact File” which is similar to the names and address information you provide a mailing house to send post cards or newsletters. That is it, and will take you less than 10-minutes.
AppointYou will do everything else; for example, create your branding files so the marketing campaigns you send will be customized for your practice. We will also process your Patient Contact File to remove any duplicates and incomplete records. We then notify you by email and phone that you are ready to start using your new AppointYou marketing solution.
